Mituri si prejudecati despre Hipnoza

  Din lipsa de informare si in mare parte datorita productiilor de divertisment (cinematografice sau show-uri de divertisment) exista anumite prejudecati legate de hipnoza in general. Voi incerca sa aduc cateva lamuriri privind cate din informatiile care circula in acest moment sunt sau nu adevarate.   Unele dintre cele mai cunoscute mituri ar fi:   - "Nu las pe oricine sa-mi scormoneasca prin cap"  -----> FALS! In timpul unei sedinte de hipnoza nimeni nu este "scormonit" prin cap sau prin alta parte. :) De fapt, hipnoza este o stare alterata de conștiința care se deosebeste de altele asemenea, prin gradul sporit de relaxare al subiectului supus transei hipnotice. Subiectul sedintei de hipnoza, este cel care are acces la informatie, hipnotizatorul fiind doar un ghid, un facilitator al acestei stari.   - "Am secrete si nu vreau sa le afle altcineva" -----> FALS! In timpul unei sedinte de hipnoza, dvs sunteti cel/cea care aveti informatiile si puteti alege daca le impartasiti sau nu cu facilitatorul.  Nimeni nu va poate obliga sa spuneti ceva daca nu doriti sa faceti acest lucru. Este cazul sa mai precizez faptul ca fiecare sedinta se bucura de o maxima confidentialitate din partea noastra? Este cred de la sine inteles...   - "Nu vreau sa fiu penibil/a in timp ce sunt sub hipnoza" -----> FALS! Scopul hipnozei nu este acela de a face oamenii sa se simta prost. Trebuie sa intelegeti ca exista hipnoza de scena si hipnoza terapeutica. Din motive comerciale si de divertisment, hipnoza de scena este cea mai cunoscuta. Desi ambele pornesc de la aceeasi baza comuna, ele difera tocmai datorita scopului pt care este indusa transa. Daca in cadrul unui spectacol de divertisment subiectii hipnotizati se manifesta "ciudat" si intr-un fel poate stanjenitor pt acestia, acest lucru se intampla tocmai datorita scopului pt care toata lumea se afla in acel loc: show-ul de divertisment. In cazul hipnozei in scop terapeutic sau regresiv, scopul inducerii transei hipnotice este total diferit de cel de divertisment, si cu siguranta nimeni nu are de ce sa se manifeste intr-un fel stanjenitor.   - „Nu vreau sa las pe nimeni sa-mi controleze corpul” -----> FALS! Acest lucru a fost introdus in constiinta colectiva (culmea, chiar prin procedee de hipnoza usoara) in mare masura de productii cinematografice care prezinta personaje prestand diverse actiuni impotriva vointei lor. In realitate, chiar in starea de hipnoza cea mai profunda fiind, nimeni nu va intreprinde nici o actiune impotriva vointei proprii si a preceptelor sale etice si morale. Daca asa ar fi stat lucrurile, cu siguranta s-ar fi gasit persoane care sa hipnotizeze personalul bancar si sa-i determine sa le aduca pe terasa cate un sac cu bani din cand in cand :D   Voi incheia aceasta serie de mituri, mentionandu-l pe acela care spune: „ma tem ca nu voi mai putea iesi din starea de transa”. Acest lucru este de asemenea FALS, deoarece nimeni nu a ramas vreodata blocat in starea de transa, ba dimpotriva cei mai multi au relatat ca ar fi dorit sa ramana mai mult timp acolo, deoarece se simteau foarte bine in acea stare. In cel mai rau caz, chiar si in situatia in care din exterior apare vreun stimul extern nedorit, iesirea din transa indusa se face spontan odata cu deschiderea ochilor subiectului hipnotizat.   Ce trebuie sa retineti despre desfasurarea unei sedinte de hipnoza si nu este foarte cunoscut: - Clientul trebuie sa-i PERMITA terapeutului sa-l hipnotizeze. Terapeutul nu poate sa faca nimic fara acceptul clientului.   - Clientul stie tot timpul ce se intampla cu el si aude permanent vocea terapeutului.   - Clientul poate intrerupe sedinta de hipnoza oricand doreste, prin deschiderea ochilor sau prin a se misca brusc.   - Exemple de situatii in care ati fost in stare de hipnoza fara ca nici macar sa va dati seama de acest lucru: cand priviti o emisiune sau un film la TV, cand cititi un ziar sau o carte, in momentele de dinainte de a adormi.   In concluzie, sentimentele de retinere atunci cand vine vorba despre hipnoza nu sunt deloc justificate, asupra hipnozei fiind aruncat intentionat un val de mister inca din timpuri indepartate, cand nu se stia foarte bine despre ce este vorba. Un rol major in aruncarea aurei de mister asupra hipnozei, l-au avut si ina il au aceia care foloseau/folosesc numere de hipnoza si magie in spectacole de circ sau in spectacolele de divertisment televizate sau nu.   Rolul transei hipnotice este acela de a ne (re)descoperi si ajuta in dezvoltarea si autocunoasterea personala, in intarirea stimei de sine, sau in a ajuta la rezolvarea unor situatii delicate cum ar fi depresie, stari de anxietate, adictii, atacuri de panica, fobii, ticuri, dureri etc.

    The speech is from a comedy directed by and starring Charlie Chaplin. First released in October 1940, Chaplin plays two characters who look strikingly similar- a Jewish barber and a dictator who looks like Adolf Hitler. Near the end of the film, after a series of bizarre incidents, the dictator gets replaced by his look-alike, the barber, and is taken to the capital where he is asked to give a speech. It’s worth watching because the speech is as relevant today as it was 71 years ago. The full transcript of the speech can be found below.

” I’m sorry but I don’t want to be an Emperor — that’s not my business — I don’t want to rule or conquer anyone. I should like to help everyone if possible, Jew, gentile, black man, white. We all want to help one another, human beings are like that. We all want to live by each other’s happiness, not by each other’s misery. We don’t want to hate and despise one another. In this world there is room for everyone and the earth is rich and can provide for everyone. The way of life can be free and beautiful. But we have lost the way. Greed has poisoned men’s souls — has barricaded the world with hate; has goose-stepped us into misery and bloodshed. We have developed speed but we have shut ourselves in: machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge has made us cynical, our cleverness hard and unkind.
